Orders & Delivery
There are two shipping methods: standard shipping and express shipping.
Standard Shipping:
- Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5-8 business days.
- Standard shipping to other countries usually takes 6-10 business days.
- The cost for standard shipping is free.
Express Shipping:
- Express shipping within the United States typically takes 2-5 business days.
- Express shipping to other countries is currently not supported.
- The cost for express shipping is $10.
Note:
- Processing time usually takes 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within the next 1-2 business days.
- Delivery time is an estimated timeframe and is calculated from the shipping date, not the order date. Delivery time may be longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other reasons.

- Logged-in customers can view the order status page from their account.
- Guest customers (no account) must verify their email address or phone number plus the order number to view order details.
- The order number can be found in the order confirmation email or SMS.
Real-time shipping updates
If you use a supported carrier, the order status page will show real-time updates and map tracking, including the following statuses:
- Confirmed — The order has been created but not yet shipped.
- In transit — The order has been marked as fulfilled and the package is en route.
- Out for delivery — The package has arrived in the customer's area and is out for delivery.
- Delivered — The customer has received the package.
- Delivery failed — The carrier attempted delivery but was unsuccessful.
Notification methods
- Customers who enter an email address at checkout will receive an order confirmation and shipping updates via email.
- Customers who enter a phone number will receive an order confirmation via SMS and may opt in to receive shipping updates by email.
- The order confirmation email, SMS, and the Shopify mobile app (if used) include a link to the order status page.
Unsupported carriers
If an unsupported carrier is used, the order status page will display the tracking number and provide a link to the carrier's website for more details.
We currently only support delivery to destinations within the United States and Canada. However, the origin of the goods is not limited to the US; packages may be sent from abroad.

- Please contact the staff by email within 1 day to help you cancel your order.
- If you fail to contact the staff in time and the order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel it.
- You can only wait for the order to be delivered and then initiate a return on your own.
- We will issue a refund upon receipt of the goods.
- The order confirmation email will be sent as soon as your payment is successful.
- If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder in your email client. Order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails are often automatically categorized as spam.
