  1. Eligibility Period & Conditions
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item (based on the logistics delivery date). Items must meet the following conditions:
  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged (no scratches, stains, deformation, etc.);
  • Original packaging (shoe box, tags, dust bag, etc.) and all accessories (laces, gifts, etc.) are intact;
  • Fit for resale.
  1. Return & Exchange Process
  • Step 1: Contact customer service (email: [email protected]; phone: +86 13075561828) with your order number and reason for return/exchange;
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will provide a "Return Authorization (RA) number" and a designated return address;
  • Step 3: Please return the item to the specified address within 7 days of receiving the RA (you are responsible for return shipping costs, except for returns/exchanges due to product quality issues);
  • Step 4: Upon receipt of the item, we will complete inspection within 2-3 business days. If eligible:
  • Refund: Will be processed to your original payment account within 7-10 business days;
  • Exchange: A replacement item (if in stock) will be shipped within 48 hours (free of charge).
  1. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Customized items (e.g., with personalized embroidery or engraving);
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or are missing original packaging/accessories;
  • Items returned after the 30-day period.
